Funding

Maintaining the Flower Bank is not free. Friends of the Flower Bank need equipment to manage the Bank in a way that encourages biodiversity. The land is owned by North Somerset Council but the management of the Flower Bank is supported solely by grants and donations.

Monies go toward maintaining the specialist mowers, strimmers and other equipment as well as fuel and insurance.

If you are a business please consider supporting us financially. We are happy to feature your name alongside our other sponsors. On days when the Flower Bank is being maintained we can support corporate volunteers to help out. See our volunteering page for more information.

Support our fundraising activities

The Friends run a number of activities through the year. The Christmas tree shredding event every January is very popular and raises much needed funds.
